2 of us booked a 2 full sets of Wetsuit, 2 Tanks each, BCD and Regs for a Sunday boat dive. When we booked I specified an XXL wet-suit as I am a husky lad. When we arrived, 1.5 hours before the boat left Sorrento, the attendant at SCUBA Doctor seemed flustered and confused. The paperwork was half complete, although XXL was specified in bold on their hire sheet and there was no mention of 4 tanks, only two. I was asked to accept 2 smaller cylinders with no price reduction and when it was time to try on wetsuits was told they don;t have XXL and I would have to make do.The XL did not fit and without apology was told 'I don't know why you weren't told over the phone. Another client borrowed our XXL and never brought it back, so we don;t have one.' With less than an hour and a half before our boat left the jetty we had no gear. And SCUBA doctor were not going to do anything to help.
A big shout out to Sam and Watersports Extreme for setting my wife and I up with everything we asked for on no notice at all. Tanks, BCD's, Wetsuits and regs. Sam was a legend, only too happy to help and has secured our business for the future. - Jack Airey Added July 30, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Really friendly service and stock lots of products for snorkeling and diving. Very helpful with advice and product selection - don't just try to sell you the most expensive one. Their website is also really good for online shopping and information on dive sites. Highly recommend.
