  It was a fun experience all along. However, their business was very unconventional. The payment was done in cash to the guys who did it and there were no receipts nor a consent forms for health conscious people . Despite all that I would say we as a big group enjoyed it. The guys did take the effort to sail us high bring us down so that our feet touch the water and then take us up again. A memorable experience :)

  Hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. They took our money (we are investigating how to get it back) they let us book a time and never showed up. This company have not responded to any text, emails or phone calls and were quite happy for the 4 of us to turn up and be left high and dry without any explanation.
  Avoid this company at all costs, they will let you down and their customer service is nothing short of the worst I have ever experienced.

  This company ruined a birthday present. Customer service is non-existent.
  
  Right from the start we had to chase them for everything. We made the booking and after 3 days contacted them to confirm the booking as we hadn't heard from them.Confirmation of the booking took 6 phone calls. They never returned any calls. We had to keep calling them.
  
  There were problems with the boat and our original booking got changed, and again we had to keep ringing to confirm the date. They promised us free photos worth $25 to make up for the delays.
  
  On the day the boat set off late (1hr) when a client didn't show up or get in touch, but the guy decided to wait anyway. The safety aspects were dodgy and one lady and young daughter banged their legs hard on the side of the boat on landing. I'm surprised they didn't break something. No apology from the crew.
  
  We were still waiting for our 'free' photos nearly a month after the sail, despite numerous texts, emails and calls. They kept making excuses, then told us that they lost them.
  
  Complained to Red Balloon, who we booked through. They spoke to the company, who then offered us a free session. Why the hell would we want to put ourselves through that again?
  
  We will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. What should have been a happy treat for a birthday has been spoilt by this dodgy operator.
