He really goes out of his way to help you out if it is an emergency and he knows his stuff (I run Fords and Holdens). Helpful with advise and if you ask nicely he will organise a lift to the station when you drop your car off - how good is that! Strongly recommend them.

He was very kind and professional in explaining everything wrong with the car and what my options were. Because of the information he gave me I was (finally) able to see I had been stooged with fraudulent service history and roadworthy and followed his advice in where to report and ask for help. Last night I got ALL my money back and the car was returned! Can't believe how lucky I got and a massive thank you to Darren for helping with this, I will be more careful next time!! Darren if you're reading this, it was the black Subaru forester that had supposedly only done 104k and was completely fried!
