  What an absolutely amazing place. We stayed here for 1 night and left completely relaxed. The accommodation was spotless and perfect in every detail. The little touches like the selection of teas and coffees to suit every taste and the jars of nibbles left to be enjoyed.The continental breakfast has to be seen to be believed( I guarantee you will not leave hungry). David and Deborah are an absolute delight and are to be commended for hospitality. We will definitely be going back hopefully on a regular basis and recommending Arcadia in Rye to everyone.

  We stayed at the Bed & Breakfast ( studio ) at Arcadia in Rye. It's perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, it's about 5 mins drive from Peninsula Hot Springs. The hosts, Deborah and David were such warm and inviting folks. We absolutely loved every second of it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to take a relaxing getaway.

  This place is really pretty, very comfortable and really well appointed. The room was airy and light and I loved the wood shutters. The decor was nice and not abrasive. The couch was nice but not one you could lounge in for long if you have a sore neck. The bed was not too firm and not too soft. The carpet is nice undetfoot and there is efficent heating and cooling. There is good coffee, teas and fresh milk supplied. The DVD selection was broad enough to give most couples something to watch. The shower had wonderful pressure but leaked a little onto the floor if you don't watch where the door shuts to. The wash products were Asop so we'll made and refreshing. The spa was spacious but needed a bit of maintenance. The only issue was the strong smell of cleaning products and that's just because I'm sensitive to smells. Outside was really pretty with a shared pool a pretty fountain that lights up, lots of trees and screening for privacy but the driveway can be a bit tricky. I really loved this place and would recommend it to anyone.

  Great B&B that feels more like a luxury boutique hotel with everything you need. It is good space, very clean, quite area, a comfortable bed and sizable hot tub. There is also a shared living room (only shared with one other room) with gas fire place and exit to a nice, solar heated pool.

  Huge bathroom with double showers and a spa. Quiet surroundings with a lovely relaxation area beside the outdoor pool overlooking the rest of the houses as it is on elevated ground. Deborah and David were absolutely lovely and very accomodating.
