  Had a fantastic night here. Receptionist was super lovely and had great banter. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom in room 6 is a little clogged but otherwise everything was great. Easy.

  great location but proximity to matsis venue meant you couldnt escape the loud music into the night blasting into the rooms.
  good service from hotel staff.
  room was ok and clean but the bed, omg, worst mattress ever! queen bed was 2 singles pushed together with what must be the 2 cheapest single bed mattresses ive ever experienced. completely unsupportive, saggy and impossible to be comfortable.

  Great place to stay in Rosebud. Big clean rooms with full size fridge, well stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge and bed. Great location with plenty to see, do, eat and drink close by. Ample onsite parking. Pool and spa available. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

  The room is a good size and so is the bathroom and spa. Car parking easy getting in and out. Location is fantastic.
  Unfortunately we could hear the people in the next room. The walls aren’t well insulated and we had a continuous humming noise. As a result, we didn’t get a good nights rest.

  Stayed here for a few nights with some friends. It was fantastic. Perfect location. Next to the beach and shops. Nice and clean. Kitchen was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and give more stars if i was able to!

  Nice rooms with good amenities, including a spa bath. Heated swimming pool and spa outside. Right in the centre of Rye.
